Policy

Terms of use

HypoRank is a public evidence interface, not a publisher of private allegations or a substitute for professional advice.

01

Permitted use

Use public pages to inspect linked evidence, compare methodology-qualified records, and submit good-faith source or correction material. Do not use the service to harass, stalk, profile private individuals, or automate high-volume extraction.

02

Editorial limits

A score is an explanation of a documented record under the published methodology. It is not a finding of law, intent, character, criminality, or universal truth.

03

Changes and enforcement

We may restrict misuse, remove unlawful material, or revise operational rules when the correction, source, or security process requires it. Material public-record changes use visible version history rather than silent edits.

Before a public production launch, an authorized legal owner must approve this policy, supply the responsible entity and contact details, and set the effective date.
